Crochet pacifier cords

Lately, the only crochet project that I manage to finish are cords for Julie's pacifiers. They are free form made and have all loose loops at the end. She loves to play with the loops and always holds them to her nose when she is trying to get to sleep.
The pacifiers above are the ones that are left, the same amount has gone to 'lost-land'. I seem to keep on buying more because she keeps dragging them everywhere and dropping 'em at some place no one will ever find 'em again. *sigh*
They hang on a hook in the kitchen and she can't reach it yet so when she wants a pacifier, she goes there and chooses one by trying them all out. It's so funny to see her hang on the hook via the pacifier.

Special beads

I've been asked to make some porcelain beads of a certain diameter. Not really easy as the porcelain schrinks when being fired. So I've been making and measuring and writing it down and hope that I will get the perfect bead diameter when they are fired. Fingers crossed! :)

Mud kitchen fun

A while ago, I pinned this kitchen project idea and send a link to it to my partner with the message 'I think Julie would love this...'
Earlier this week he made a mud kitchen for Julie. Here's the first inspection...
And here she is in action...

Workshop transfers

all images made by Belle

Yesterday I had a few lovely ladies at my workshop transfers. They made lovely, unique tableware and besides working on their designs, they chatted the afternoon away. What a lovely way to spend the afternoon! :)

Chickens in our kitchen...

... and not on our plate! :)

It's only temporary of course until they are bit bigger and then they'll move outside with the big chickens. :) Julie loves them as you can see!

On Facebook, I saw a hashtag #patternsplease by Janine from Uppercase magazine.
I got inspired to make some ceramic patterns. They are negatives from textured wallpaper and after they are fired, I can press clay onto them and get the positives.
I love playing with textures and patterns, do you?

Being silly with crayons! They are even fun to stick up your nose, Mommy! :)
She is wearing this pretty cat brooch from Fleurfatale. The other day, I wore a flower brooch from Greet and Julie kept saying 'wow', 'wow', 'wow'. So I put on a cat brooch for her and she is loving it to bits! Wow, wow, wow, Julie! :)
